Clear Side Marker Lens
All,
I'm looking for any and all sources for a set of clear (not painted) side marker lens for my silver E55. Does anyone have a lead on where I might find these?
TIA, Bill Shaw

All,
I found a set from Autodynamic.Com for $40 with the help of someone on another forum.
FWIW, the first set I ordered from Frank for CONSIDERABLY more had a defective tab and the right front lens popped out destroying the lens (and causing some paint damage in the process). After informing Frank of this about four months ago, he said he would send me a replacement. I contacted him two months later and he said he just got some in and would mail it out that day. But it never arrived and he's not responding to my emails now. So learn from my example...if an aftermarket item doesn't fit perfectly, keep a watchful eye on it.
Thanks to everyone who responded. Regards, Bill Shaw

Defective tab
The clear side marker for the W210 that I got from MBNZ.org does have defective tabs (right hand side), resulting in the assembly popping off its mounting hole. No big deal though. It is not something that a pair of good velcro pads behind the assembly cannot cure.
