Yes and it's a PITA!!! Briefly, you must first remove the screws on the back side of the fenders in the wheel wells. Once your remove those you'll notice a bracket right above them, slide the bracket inward and remove it. Next, pop out the side marker lights and remove them, push the bulbs inside. Then, go underneath the front and unplug the foglights. After that, open the hood and remove the screws attaching the bumper to the headlights. Look in the middle in the front of the radiator, you will see a black plastic radiator guard, remove the tabs at the top and pull it up and out. This will give you access to the 2 screws on the inside behind the front of the bumper. Good luck on removing these screws but once they're out, the bumper will slide right off when you pull forward. Once off, you will see the screws to remove the headlight in plain sight. To re-attach, reverse everything above starting from the last thing I mentioned. What might be helpfull to prevent scratching upon re-installing would be to stick some blue painters tape along the bottom edges of the front part of the frenders where the corners of the back of the bumper attach. This will keep the corners of the bumper from scratching your fenders when you're trying to align it on installation. Good luck!

Good information , yea older model W210s you only remove the small cover under the headlight to access the removal screws. Good Luck.
