I should have header install pics in a few weeks. I have the supercharger sitting on a shelf right now. Its ported and polished and awaiting install. I have had rattling catalytic converters for a while and have been waiting on these headers to solve that problem before I install the SC. I will be installing that very shortly after the headers are all finished up.

I put up a couple of more pics of the coating on the regular W210 page. I have a link at the top of this thread.

Kleemann headers, downpipes, and 200 cel cats are going on tomorrow. I will post an update Tues or Weds in the thread I linked to in the first post. Its taken forever to get to this point. I've just been swamped the last couple of months. Supercharger to follow (hopefully next month)

Posted my initial impressions in post #31 in my other thread. I'm trying to keep it somewhat centralized.

Outside and in the car at idle almost no change. Don't know about the power. Kleemann was saying around 25HP (flywheel) and a couple of other posters have seen around 18 at the wheels. I didn't dyno but I can feel a noticeable difference and that surprised me. Cabin noise is the same when at idle or cruise. You only hear it when accelerating. If you are like me and listen to the radio you will probably not even notice any thing at all unless you stomp on it. I'm guessing most of the noise (and power) increase is the result of going from about 1600 catalytic cels down to 400.
