TBD
Your dedication is amazing...a 6.3, perhaps with your Kleemann, in a w210? I would have to fly out to see that!

I will still use the S/C with a rebuilt kit..right?? only different is the pistons, rods, crank, head work..the E55 & E63 share the same engine except for some internal parts.

You can go with VRP's 5.7L Bottom. The cylinder bore is increased 0.2 Liters. Beyond that would cause the cylinders to be too thin since our stock cylinders are already thin to begin with. I wouldn't increase the stroke cause that will bring your RPMs down. VRP revises the stock block with iron sleeves, lighten and knife-edge the stock crank, install stronger rod bolts, change the stock pistons to custom forged pistons that are lighter, stronger and coated with better oil cooling and they bore the stock oil pump. The 5.5 Kompressor is built very strong to begin with and can take a lot of stress and abuse. Be careful not to change any of the internal parts with weaker ones.

Ahh that sounds so good BUT I though that VRP only designed upgrades for the Kompressor V8 not the earlier engine, am I mistaken?

Stroker Kit

Is there a stroker kit upgrade for our engine? Barverian have lot of stroker kit for BMW & Benz. I wonder if they have one for our engine.

The poster named bleek was building a stroker over on the w211 E55 page a year or two ago. I don't know if it ever materialized or not. You should probably start by reading his threads.
