Auction Value?
It's time to trade it in for something new. Unfortunately it will have to be a lesser car. But I need to have an idea what I'm working with so the stealers can't hassle me

A website or something I can access would be best to prove anything?
Thanks

Not the best replacement, but a 2006 sentra SER is what I'm looking at. Since I'm upside down 4K it's all I can afford right now. This sucks
ohh, are you parting any stuff of your car? i would be interested in the headlight bulbs setup you have (headlights, fogs and LED markers). i would give you mine in trade. perhaps a trade in wheels too? since your trading the car in anyways??
lmk your thoughts...

Your question about "auction" values is a good one....I don't know about "auctions"....but I was only offered between $13k-16k for my 'immaculate' '99 with only 76k miles and a ton of dealership maintenance done to it....(way too many new parts to list here!)
I took the $16k I was offered from Audi and although I was still $6 grand upsidedown...I let her go. The articles I kept reading about 'failing catalytic convertors' really spooked me....all of mine were in perfect working order....but I was sweating it out each day I started her up!

The 2.7 liter biturbo engine I have now in my '04 A6 gets almost the exact same mpg as my E55.
While it has about 85 bhp less than the Merc! Must be that damned Quattro AWD system eating up the gas mileage...
I miss my E55 all the time....but I now have a car that is five years newer...and it has a 4 yr 50k mile Audi warranty. So, while I am not driving as fast as I used to haul in my Mercedes....I sleep a little better each night.
