Haha, we think alike bro. I bought the silver G2 paint. It's sitting in my closet. Just waiting for a nice day, and preferablly a garage.

Any High Heat engine block or brake calliper paint form any hardware or car shop will do mate. I've done mine oplar white to match the body and they came up lovely. be sure to take the calliper off the disk and spray, dont leave it on and mask the disk!

I've used that before with good results on my pcar. Just remember to paint all calipers once started. If you choose to do two and come back the next day, the paint would be frozen stiff. I know folks who have use that paint, and have done several track days without complaint.

I used the G2 brand paint on my Brembo BBK but I sprayed it instead of using the brush. It has been on my car for about a year and a half and still looks as good as the day I painted them.

Trinitony is correct. The G2 is catalyzed so once you mix it there is a short window of time to finish painting. Make sure everything is cleaned and prepped and ready to go before mixing.

hey, you fellow MASS residents that painted your calipers....any pics? still happy with them? I'm thinking of brush painting mine, and the 5-spoke wheels I have my snow tires on shouldn't even have to come off!

my rotors came painted with my car silver , but it seems as if they could use another coat, can see the aging on them and wish they would of painted the AMG letters black or some other color to make it stand out more ..

hey, how hot do calipers get anyway? Rustoleum has heat-resistant paint at Home Depot for $8.99, good up tp 1000 degrees. Even their regular paint is good up to 200...more than enough for a home heating steam radiator...
