Mercedes E55 AMG
Finally Got one
So I just purchased my 1999 Black E55 AMG and am stoked. Just got it back from the PPI and everything is perfect. I feel I got a great deal at 9k "guy needed to sell for a down payment on a house" Can't wait to get it detailed and get some pics up. The car is just mint and stock so I cant wait to order some after market parts. Im going to start with the simple stuff and once the outside is done move to the inside for a new stereo system and maybe when i'm done get a few engine mods "SC or SLS" Anyways I can't wait upload some pics and start the modding.

WOW, below the $10k barrier, thats impressive how cheap these cars are getting.
If you are looking to make alot of power feel free to take a look at our Stage 2 performance package (headers & pulley combo).

Mercedes E55 AMG
Well all the cars I have had in the past have been boosted. So when you say alot of power I want alot of power. So I am saving for the SC or Turbo rather then buy a bunch of small parts that will net me less then 50WHP.

Very True, same with the pulley. Both are SC compatible, and the pulley is turbo compatible (although headers obviously could not be used since you would have to do custom piping.

2nd Stage will be inside. New stereo with nav ect.
3rd stage engine
As of now the car is getting a full detail and having the paint cut and buffed along with the chrome trim being rebuffed.
I have some pics that will and try to get up ASAP

nice car. first thing i would check is the body for any rust.
i see you're on the east coast so this may be an issue. search for common areas to look at and make sure you're in good shape before you start modding.
