Remember: You need to modify the intake manifold (in the M113's) to use the 82mm throttle cause the bolt pattern are different (bigger), some people what to upgrade the stock throttle by a 82mm but this is NOT a bolt on...
But is a cool upgrade for the E55's

Yes it's a 82mm TB from the new 550 models. Like Fabio said, you need to upgrade the intake manifold to make it fit.
But the wiring/connector is all bolt on, just plug and play At least on my 2001 E55.

Thankss Magnus, i think your stock (74mm) TB #: "113 141 01 25", the connector & pins(square Head) are the same in 550s (82mm) TB,,,
but mine #: "113 141 00 25", it has different connector & pins(Round Head), do you think it well easy to change the connector only...??

Do you have a F/I or N/A setup with your 82mm TB?
Good luck!

"annoyance" and "self-righteousness", amoung others...
I just purchased an upgraded intake manifold from Germany for my c350 to allow the 82mm TB (273 141 03 25), I have the same 74mm TB everyone else apparently has (113....). Im trying to source one of the TBs in question, without paying the $800+ new from MB. Any suggestions?
So, also, it looks like the wiring is plug and play?? Anyone know for sure?

Aah, i think the M273 is oval? So you either need a oval platsic mass sensor holder from the M273 ot you just need to build a new bigger round one and fit the sensor in that one. Thats what i've done.

Hi Mag,
In your opinion;- is it possible to making a Y type adaptor & put "2" of M273 TBs....? if yes, what kind of Electrical connector needs to joint
the "2" TBs together...?? and is that well effect with air mass ratio voltage).....!!!

Not possible. I'm 100% sure the stock ME - ECU can't handle the 2 throttles to sit the idle of the car. & really is not needed 2 throttles in this engines :S try working in the exhaust system, port polish heads, port polish intake, k&n's or BMC's, Ecu tunes, pulleys, camshafs (pte or slr ones),headers, but 2 throttles = too much troubles for the gains

Thankss for that info. Fabio, i take this theory from all new M156 63s AMG, it uses "2" TBs, with ME 9.7 ECU,, if you notice; when Kleemann
puts there Kompressor in any of M113s; they uses a small Resistor to fool the Air mass ratio signal Voltage goes & return from the ECU.........!!
