^ Thank you! The reason I asked is because my local shop quoted me 8 hours of work lol I had the biggest "WTF" face ... They probably miss understood between Valve cover gaskets and head gaskets

That sounds more like a quote for a head gasket.
You probably don't need to replace them if they are leaking. First, see if the bolts are loose and retighten and clean the oil. Only if they are already tight or if they keep leaking do they really need to be changed.
There are also two issues. The valve covers have a gasket. On top of them in the back, there are breather covers. These do not have a gasket, but instead are sealed with liquid gasket. If these leak, you just need new liquid gasket, not an actual part.
