I decided to do myseld a favor and got my Engineparts yellow coated.
And after 30.000km i changed the spark plugs...
with the new welded headers and the new cooling pumps i did some testdrives ... and killed some flys
and made some nice pictures:

And the last BIG Project this year was to install a Killer Chiller System in my Car.
But as we have around 0° Celsius ... the system cant be really tested actually ... i have to wait for better weather
with a little modfied hoses and the killer chiller system i had to threw 1 radiator out of the system, i now have 2 radiators, 2 cwa100 pumps and the killer chiller system and still got around 23-24L/min. flow-through
greetings, Fabian

that's what winter is in germany, bright and shiny without snow on the streets?
what was the NGK sparkplugs you bought?
is it this version NGK PFR5R-11
mods looks very nice.
headers from MKB are they better than Kleeman?

No, S/C M113 uses different, Evo M113 has different and the N/A M113 also have their own ones. Check the NGK Homepage, i always use what they tell me

on german ebay I find information for plugs that NGK PFR5R-11 is recommended for both W202 C43AMG 113944 and W210 E55AMG 113980 engines

Hi tehre,
several Months ago i had some Questions about 55K Camshafts in the NA 55 Engine. I tought a new thread would be fine to introduce myself ... finaly ... after getting the damn Speedshift Gearbox to work!
My Name is Fabian, i am from Germany and 33 years old. I love to drive Mercedes, besides my E55 i own a W123 280TE and a W123 200T. My Brother and I also take care of his W109 300SEL 6.3.
My Car is Originally a E430 Station ... we replaced the Engine with a AMG 55 N/A, made some Softwareupgrades, Exaust Mods, Camshafts and after all switched the Transmission from 722.636 to AMG Speedshift 722.643! Therefore the rear axle has to be switched from 2.82 to 2.65. The car has aprox 400PS without any sign on it ... the sound makes it a little obvious that it is not a 220CDI but on the "Autobahn" most of the fast cars are looking a little confused when you pass them with 280km/h
some other Mods where made:
- C55 W203 Breaks
- Eisenmann Rear exaust
- no resonator
- rear race cats
- Brabus Steeringwheel with E63 W212 Shifting Paddles
- REAL "M" Mode instead of the "Winter" Drivingprogram
- Bilstein B8 absorbers on the front
- H&R Springs for a lower ride.
- Carlsson Wheels
- H&R Stabilisators front and rear
- of course no V/Max restriction.
i also have made some good pics and vids of my car ... in germany everyone is a picture fanatic, maybe in the states also, so here you go ... some pictures of my "sleeper".

Renntech did that job for me ... that is one thing i let someone else, with much more knowledge then me, do.
As far as i know:
ECU: CLK-DTM Base modified for my car, tested on dyno.
TCU: CLK-DTM Base modified for my car to work with the W210 shifter and stuff.

"After that i decided to get rid of the 2 CWA50 Pumps and use CWA100 instead" are these stock pumps that fit right on the m113k engine?
Are your multi-piece rotors AMG rotors or aftermarket? Are you running them on 18's or 19's?
Have you started on the CLK-DTM cams yet?
Keep up the great work.
Mick

Fabian,
My Parents own a '00 W210 E55 4matic Stationwagon which was originaly transfered from a E430 as there is no W210 E55 4matic Station from stock ... only manufactured on customers wish by AMG (or other tuners like the car from my parents is manufactured from Kicherer)

Let me quote Wikipedia
The Main Benefits, compared to the W210 non-Speedshift Transmission, are:
- Torque converter Lock-up from 1st gear, w210 has it in 3rd gear
- it can downshift 2 gears at once, kickdown in 5th gear will directly go to 3rd not to 4th gear.
- EXTREM fast shiftings at all
The CLK-DTM has even shorter shiftings but it is only possible with the Maybach valves in the valvebody, these are used in late 722.643 transmissions. mine came from a 2004 SL55 and still had the W140 Valves inside. I changed all of them to the W240 Valves (Modulate Pressure, Shift Pressure and Torque Converter Lock-up)
In numbers i would say the CLK-DTM Transmission compared to the original Transmission shifts 3 to 4 times faster. As i said, videos cant show what you feel when you drive such a transmission. But believe me ... it is fantastic and worth any penny i spend on this project!
greetings, Fabian

Oohh, then you will have a most powerFUL W210TK..,
sooo Excited it, to see it after your magic touch...,,
My friend got an E55 with ME2.8, and same ESP # that i have,, his ESP flashing till around 70-80km,,
i think flashing is related to the ESP & TCU # version together, sensors are a minor thing, that catch a signals from the ECU,,
what do you think....??
ZAYED,,

It's done
Calipers finished
The rear Calipers wont fit 1:1 because the Stationwagon has a different rear axle, i had to drill the Holes from 10.5mm to 12.5mm and take 2.5mm off the calipers mounting to fit the caliper offset to the brake disc.
Foglights had to "leave" because of the radiator ventilation.
Motor Oil Cooler
W220 Break
almost finished
320km/h AMG ODO
Next week i'll get a new exaust including a flap controlled by the ECU and i have to wash the car for ... i guess ... around 3 days until everthing is clean again

Looks like a normal W210 E55 Station Wagon but also has "full specs" including leather dashboard etc.

me neither, only on explicit customer wish ... rumors tell they made 15 of it. But there are several 4matic mods made by other companys. Until a few weeks ago i tought the 4matic from my parents where build by "Kicherer" in Stockach. But i had a telephonecall with AMG and asked several other thing ... AND gave them the VIN from the 4matic to check. They told me that this car was originaly NEW delivered to AMG in Afalterbach and was rebuild to a E55 there. In the Datacard also the correct 5.5L AMG Engine Number is noted and in the list you find "030 - M113 5.5L AMG Engine" as code.

Some new Pictures... a friend of mine did a tremendous job on polishing and sealing my car with some nano sealing from "Koch Chemie". Great stuff thou
i also got my smaller S/C Pulley from Eurocharged. After a little math i came up with "172mm Crank Pulley + -6mm S/C Pulley" = "185mm Crank Pulley" ... what is a lot. I will do some testdrives the next days and see how much preasure i got now. Only with the 172mm Crank Pulleyy i had 0.85bar.
Here are the Pics:
greetins, Fabian
