All the K2 and K3 folks know what I"m talking about...

Being a previous Renntech customer (and they do have great customer service), Cory at Kleemann is just "that much better". Talk about money well spent!

He is an awesome guy. We exchange emails quite a bit and he is always willing to give information (sometimes on things he doesn't even sell) even though I haven't purchased anything... YET....

to Cory.

Agree 100%. He is always willing to talk to me even if he is under a car. I drive him crazy with all the the questions I ask him. He is very honest and if something makes more sense that is not a Kleemann product he will steer you in that direction. I respect someone like that and that is why I have the Kleemann K2 in my car and waiting on the cooling mod or just a bigger water pump.

People make a good company GREAT!

I had a not so smooth experience with them. I happened to left my wallet in the car so I let Brandon used my credit card to pay the fee. Later on I realized that he charged me almost triple of what Cory had quoted on the phone.
I have to admit, even almost triple the quote, it was still NOT insane. But I'd appreciate if someone would tell me in advance and I really wouldn't brave the snowstorm had I known about the amount.

So I called them, spoke with Cory and we agreed to meet in the middle and he would give a credit back to my card. I asked him if he needed my cc number, he said no.

A week went by and still nothing happened. I just called them again an hour ago and the receptionist said she needed my cc number to put the credit back today. We'll see what happens.

I still believe it was an honest mistake, maybe Brandon forgot to tell me about the fee change. I only met him very very briefly when I dropped the car, in the snow, early in the morning. So we didn't get to talk about fees.
I still like them and I'll go to them again for my next Kleemann mod.

Yeah, got LSD, ECU upgrade, Headers, and waiting for my retarded dealer to get back to me on labor so I can get the cams...considering the black Kleeman Valve Covers.
