It's the 3/4 view that does it in.

I own a design shop and not a person here can follow the lines on this car... It may be a technical masterpiece, a driving marvel, but it's a visual menagerie...

The M6 IMO looks nice. The M5 looks good in the most recent picture because it's very dark.
