Something I've never noticed...

and I don't know if any of you ever have...That the 2005+ have 200mph speedos and the 2004- only have 160mph. Never knew that...

You might also notice that the 200 mph speedo is not semictrical, the numbers are spaced closer above 80 mph than they are less than 80.

Mine is a 2003 and has a 200mph/320kmh speedo.

they must of run out of the AMG 200mph spedos when they made your car and just slapped a regular e class 160mph spedo on. :p

Mercedes did not publicize it much but the 2005 E55's with the 200mph speedometers are significantly faster than the 2004 cars.
