don't know why you'd be afraid of posting your vin, any knucklehead that could walk up to your car could get your vin#? I'm here in So Cal and looking to buy a car by this weekend... do you have pictures? I would perfer a few more options but need more info... email me @ hardrivr@yahoo.com or pm

i understand that but in the terms this guy put it in it seems like a joke, as it is the first time i heard about this i though it was a joke.

I think whatever confusion stems from the location of the car. LA is the correct abbreviation for Louisiana. L.A. to those in CA can mean Los Angeles. The 310 area code is for the Los Angeles area.
