Has anyone done all 3 stages of Kleemann

Has anyone done all three stages on a on a E55 or CLS55? I am considering doing it to my car. Wanted to see if there are any pros & cons to doing all of them. Or explore other options. Thanks

I have been talking to Cory and asking people here about the KLEEMANN set up as well. I think if I do it we are going to do the K2 and the Throttle body. I guess they are up to K4 now if you do the K2, tb and the cams. I was told about 20-25hp with the TB so that with the K2 seemed like plenty. I was unsure if I wanted to mess with the cams. Let m eknow what you decide.

Throttle body.
I found out what it was by checking the only possible antecedent in the post.

BTW: I noticed you have an X5 4.4i as well. I'm doing a groupbuy on X5's at x5world.com if you want an AFE air intake

why do the cams cost so much? other than because Benz owners will pay for them (supply/demand).

I bought an awesome pair for my old Supra and paid like $1800 and got 42 rwhp out of them. Just curious, not trying to be a complainer ;-) but 4K or so is hard to justify for me and tack on another 0.5-1k in labor...all for 15rwhp?

Seems like TB is the next best upgrade per $ post K2

sorry to hijack, but i tried that AFE on my 4.4 and the bracketry did not fit. Evosport took my return back without a problem though. Just make sure you're getting the right product Ricky. I know it's worked on other people's trucks, don't know what happened with mine

..........I do have what is now being refered to as a K4. Car had 460HP and 529Lbft of torque when K2. I added sport cams and larger throtle body and redynoed the car. Car went to 491HP and 527Lbft of torque. I gained 30RWHP and no change in the torque. Car is an 05 G55, so RWHP figures will be different for the E55. As it stands now, using a 25% correction factor, car has 654HP and 702Lbft of torque to the crank. Looks like the Cams and throtle body are worth it. LINK

a few...
holy crap. that is one fast G you have there. My brother just got a G55 about a month and a half ago, I love every minute of it. I can't imagine one with 650+ hp and 700+ torque.... craziness.... I want to hear the exhaust note!

Congratulations on owning one of the baddest cars I know.

Ted,

Nice results, what a beast. You must freak on people in that G55. It has to be good for a low very 12-sec pass. Looks like you gained 50 crank hp...not bad at all!

Thanks
