I met danny, pat, and albert; very nice local guys. Anyway, Danny had a great run on street rubber and albert had a couple of smoking runs that im sure he'll tell you about. Beautiful cars. Hopefully we can do this again sometime soon. NIce meeting you gentlemen.

Siswati invited some of us M5 board members to come to Morroso last night but at least in my case I was unable to go...I was wondering if there were and E55 guys in the South Florida area that would be interested in the following:

I was planning on doing run late tonight on I-75 around Weston area so I can video it, I figured the later the better so there is less traffic...It would be great to run the E55 off an 80 mph role, again just for fun .Maybe we can all meet at the Movieco.

this is what Siswati mentioned in his post and I completely agree:
"Please note this is not an MB vs BMW thing - this is a genuine interest from our guys to socialize with you and your fine cars, as I suspect that some of you might even have some interest in us and ours. We have some really great guys onour forum and I am sure we have some fun stories to swap."

M3j0n - good meeting you and your buddies last night - thanks for the props. Had a blast and it was really great to finally get a low 12 second car. I did the dirty and took delivery of my CLS less than 30 minutes ago - will post pics and write up on CLS forum soon. If someone wants a real low mileage E55 go to FLL MB - it has less than 9500 miles - its an 04 with no options other than in dash CD - cheapest way to get the awesome 55K motor!

TopSupra - thanks for the invite but I got it too late. Would love to join you, but now need to run in my new beast. This CLS55 has the 030 package with LSD so its gonna launch even better than my E55. Unfortunately the LSD requires a "proper" break in period of 1200 miles. Gonna be tough sticking to it.

Both Danny & Albert were flying!! They got everything to be proud of . It appears that a LSD and drag radials are A good combination , For that track. Albert showed us that !!Danny has learned how to soft pedal from the light. I need to take lessons , from him.
I finished the header install last night. Takes about 1 1/2 hours to remove the old one completely , engine manifolds to the muffler , About a 4 additional hours ordeal. to get the headers on the engine . I did this in my home garage , with the car on 4 tall jack stands, 2' off the floor and some good snap-on hand tools . Off to the muffler shop tomorrow. Using 100 call cats and custom s.s pipes. Then to the Dyno . Hope to see you Guy's Friday the 13th. OMG friday the 13th!!!

pat, if i dont make it out there, be safe and have fun. best of luck to you. I didnt know albert had the lsd... i thought he was stock except for the tires.... his times make more sense now hope youre feeling better.

Jon I don't have the lsd its a factory rear no lsd. Did get the asp pulley we talked about and will be at the track on wed. . In my opinion the lsd does nothing with Dr's. Do a search and several others agree with me. Again nice meeting you and post some picks if the e55. regards Albert

albert, that asp pulley is the one that AA sells, right? did you also get tuning or jsut the pulley? are you going on wed for sure, or on firday? im heading down to AA tomorrow to get the m3 tuned. Ill definitely get pics of the garage for you maybe ill bring the e55 to moroso so you can see it in person. I personally think white is a nicer color for the car though. your car looks amazing in person. I cant run it because it still only has 100 mile talk to you soon
