Lowering Airmatic

Call MB of Massapequa. You can have a Renntech module installed.

Do any of the modules allow you to adjust the height on each corner individually?

The cost is $1495.- plus installation. Lowers the car 3/4 inch. Non adjustable.

or you can do it through the Star Diagnostic method which would cost only a fraction of that $1500. You can get a trunk spoiler, green filters, CL grille, and the flat hood emblem with the money that you saved.

Ask RPM if they can do it. They're in LI

What is the Star Diagnostic method for lowering the car? I am getting some 19" rims and wonder if the car needs to be lowered to look right.
There is a service shop here in HK who can probably do it for me... does it have the same effect as having the module?

It depends on the "look" you're going for. IMO, you should lower your car. Otherwise, the lower profile tire, coupled with the fender gap, gives an illusion that you're driving a 4x4

Can a Mercedes dealer do it just in case Steve doesn't come out to Asia?
