local dealer has pewter 05 e55 on lot sticker @86 I think. He's offering me 9k off. Not a big fan of pewter but can beggars be...

Still btwn this and other option (m5) Having hard time justifying 93k for an m5 vs 77k for a 55

The warranty should begin once the vehicle is first titled. Has nothing to do with model year.

Not that great of a deal I can get a new 2006 E55 from one of my contacts for $1000 off invoice, any color that he can get a hold of. For that car to make sense it should be $12k or more off sticker. There was a black/black base out of chicago area with a msrp 83,640, they were asking $71,355. This was two weeks ago. So you should work him a little more.

pretty basic. If I remember pana roof, nav and trunk closer. think it stickered at btwn 86ish. Sorry don't remember exactly.
