Feeler for 2005 E55 For Sale - How much? and Where to Advertise it?
A good friend of mine’s wife passed away and they want to sell her 2005 E55 with only 3,500 miles on it.
Silver on Charcoal – All options (really ALL!) pano, dynamic seats, phone, park, distr, etc except Sirius which can be easily added.
Sticker was around $98K
Car is perfect and as NEW. And is in San Francisco.
Anyone interested? What can we expect to get for it and where should I advertise it?
Thanks
David

Sorry to hear about your friend's loss. ![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
The low miles help a bit, but right now seems to be a bad time for E55 folks. I have a feeling that that the market will eventually pick up or, at least stabilize, once more and more people realize the potential of the 55 Kompressor engines, but with the CLS cannibalizing sales and the E63 around the corner, the market is very soft. I bought mine used, thinking the hit would not be as bad, but with the values dropping like a rock, it didn't make as big a difference as I had hoped.

My head is spinning with what dealers are offering me on trade for a 997 S.
I'm sure if I waited I'd find someone who would want a Kleemann modded car with some other goodies. But, I'm impulsive and want what I want, when I want it LOL. So, I'm taking a pounding. I think I've finally realized that even though I always say "this one's a keeper, and i'm keeping it for a long time" just doesn't work for me. I get bored too easily. And two, modding is insane for someone like me. Expensive lesson learned.
So someone please slap me if in six months i'm talking about slapping a supercharger on the P-car!!
