Any dealer will budge. You just gotta make them invest the time, first.

If not, start calling dealers in SoCal. They are dying to sell. Let me know if you need help. You are the customer. No disrespect to Florida folks, but being rich doesn't mean they want to get ripped off, so don't be too sure that is what is going on. The LA area has some pretty deep pockets, too and yet the best deals are also there!!

....and with these packages, the car still came out to $999/month?
I went to Silver Star (in Queens, NY) yesterday and the best they could do was $1150 (same as advertised plus the difference of my car included in the payments), not sure what packages, I didn't ask.
The $1150 includes about $5500 difference to give them my leased 2004 E320. The residual on the E320 is $39,900 and supposedly the car now is only worth $34,400.

Man this is really killing me....

The first one is fully loaded and have been listed on ebay on and off for a month or two now. The second one is in Boston, and I actually called the dealer 2 months ago when I was ready to buy my car (it was $5000 off MSRP at the time), and they still didn't sell it it seems, and now it's marked down a lot. The car might have been a demo car (165 miles), but the dealer told me it wasn't a customer return or something like that and new, and warranty won't start until the title is made. I didn't get it because it didn't have all the options I wanted. Anyhow, it doesn't hurt to check it out.

I spoke w/Jim and we worked out a deal on a 39mon lease, however, he did NOT return my calls the next day when I am supposed to pick up my vehicle. I am worndering if he messed up on the deal over the phone and afraid to call me back. I have seen these tactics salesman pull to get you into the dealership and switch number on you (bait & switch)... This is wrong!

I am probably going to deal with Vadim, since Ricky approves, but I have spoken with both he and Jim. I doubt he (Jim) is dodging you, I just think the MBWorld forum has sent them both a GREAT deal of business!! Their gain!! They had better remember the forum and the members that got everyone rolling on the '06 lease preferences!!

Yeah, from what I remember he used to be at Evosport and now he's picked a different route of dealing professionally with Mercedes.

He knows these cars in and out. With Vadim you aren't just buying a car, you're buying into a lot of knowledge as well, I wouldn't have suggested him otherwise. Let him know that you were referred by Ricky from mbworld

that's the key buying a car these days. SBMB tried to jack me on the CLS55 i ordered from them. refused to show my friend SLK55 cuz he looked young... many to list but glad there's a good guy there. the management still sucks imo.
