Active Autowerkes Question

How many people on here have Active Autowerkes ECU tuning? I know a few do and I just wanted some feedback cause they are only like an hour and half away from me.

Only one guy...but AA dont specialize in Mercs...

I'd go for Kleemann...K2 at least...if chip and pullies then Evo..makes more power then k1...

Yes, they are a primarily a Bimmer shop. They use the ASP pulley and a program they got from some guys from Germany. Here are their E55 dyno results.

Or you can try Chris at C2 Design in Tampa. They can do the Kleemann stuff.

Yes they are starting to get more involved with the Mercedes stuff. What i like most about them is the amount of fabrication they do in-house. If they decide to get serious about Mercedes like they are about BMW's we would have all sorts of goodies for our cars.

All in all I have been extremely happy with their software. My car runs as fast as many k2's and I still have factory exhaust.

I have since removed my primary cats and will be installing headers early next week if work permits.

I had the AA exhaust on my M3. If I had a Bimmer, I probably do Dinan or maybe AA. With a MB, then Kleemann all the way and Chris Chapas in Tampa is the man!

Yeah, the night of the track rental 11.60 and 11.56. The weather was awesome cool and dry air. Fikse also ran hard that night with several 12.0's at 116-117 in full stock trim. It's also the same night the new m5 with nos ran 11.57 at 126 on 20 inch wheels. My timeslips are posted at dragtimes.
