Preview pics of my BEAST...Carlsson wheels ON..
Dealer send ME those pics...very acrobatic...
But doesnt look lowered anymore...Can Carlsson lowering module be raised at will or not ???
I want to drop this baby

That must be the worst feeling, to see you car get modded over a long long period and yet not be able to take delivery. Anyways, the wheels look good and yes IMO a drop is needed.

Can you imagine I still didnt receive this car

but No I didnt have to waith for 3 year to get these car...That would be INSANE....
It can be Imported after 23 JULY as 3 year old car, so I would pay Low customs duties...custom duties for new or younger then 3 years old E55's are 53k !!!
Keep my finger crossed, will arrive at St.Peterburg on 24 JULY !!!

The tech isnt enjoying this car cause it was his boses, it under control...small dealership...
I was lucky enough to find this low millaged E55 (6k miles) from MB, it was owned by MB dealership onwer, in small German town...
Wanted E55 for the start of the summer, cause there is no point to drive this car in our harsh winter here, too much sh%t like salt or chemicals on the roads..
Unfortutely dealer made a little mistake with poroduction dates mixed June with JULY...so that why I am still wating...

These car has Carlsson Lowering module installed but it was lowered before but I dont know why its not lowered on the pics, may they did something (put nto stockm position) while they were changing the wheels...asked the dealer but didnt get a reply yet...

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question... (wheels look HOT by the way) are those wheels lighter than stock? just the rim and not the tires... It is a given that wider tires, will add more weight.

Thanks for your complements guy...Once the car will arrive here... It will get full tint and rear light blacked out and xenon fog lights...
Those wheel are Carlsson 1/16 Ultra Light wheels...
They are one of the lighest ones in the industry...around 8.5 kg for 19x8.5 wheel...need to get Evo light weight rotors to complement this lightweight set up...
The exhaust is sticking out cause its aftermarket one and dealer install it that way, asked them to tack them inn more but they said there it no more space for the mufflers and if they there would be more space...the exhausts gases would burn the bumpers...will try to move them inside once I would be installing my headers here...

I am getting too worried about it...
The dealer jsut sent ME new pics and said the car cant be lowered more and Carlsson doesnt reccomends to lower it more...
Need some experts to clear these for ME...May be it sit that high cause its in normal mode and it will sit much lower in SPORT ???

thanks, rears are 275/30's. next time I think I'll try 285's. not sure on the offset.
just a bit of info; my 06' E55 (the one in the pic) is not lowered, it sits lower than the 03 I had by about 1/2 inch or so, so I think each car is different a bit.

It looks higher in these pics than it did when it was stock. But, that is probably because the car was sitting in the showroom for a while and didnt move.. Usually when the car sits for a while, the ECU lowers the airbags on the car and drops it down.
Either that, or the pic they sent after they installed the Carlsson module was taken right away and the car wasnt given enough time to adjust. You have to start the car and drive it around a bit for the suspension to settle. Ask them to take it around the block and take another pic. That's the only way to know for sure. Then, ask them to measure from the ground up to the fender and see what the measurements are. You can then compare it to the rest of us.
