Hi,

I am thinking about getting a 03 E55, and I was wondering what are some exhaust options I have. I've done a search and didn't find too much.

For me I like a really loud, mean exhaust. I don't care if it drones in the cabin, annoys the neighbors etc. My question to you guys is what exhaust setup should I go with. I looked into Eisenmann Race Mufflers, but I notice there is still a resonator there. Is there any videos of E55's with exhausts? Thanks

Take out yer resonators for starters...

I took mine out and added borla race mufflers...

Most of the socal guys have heard my exhaust so I guess they can vouch for how it sounds...

For me it works and I guess that's all that matters right???

I think SuperSprint just came out with a 12k system for our cars that is real loud and gave him a decent amount of rwhp+tq. I think a member has it on here do a search

VIC55's sounds as good as ANY street legal car I've heard. It has the perfect all round sound. Very aggressive. Eisenmann does that, as does killing cats and headers.

Haha I will admit I half assed my search. Your car sounds amazing, like a very mean muscle car. Do you still have resonators?

I have the primary cats, thats all- the secondary cats and the resonators are gone.
