Whooped a Gallardo
My friend just got his EvoSport pulley installed on his E55. He didn't get a chance to send the ECU out yet.
After a night of street racing, we ran into a blue F1 Gallardo. There was a whole crew with us, maybe 15 cars. We were all just having fun and chasing this Gallaro, but things got serious once we went onto the parkway. To cut a long story short, the E55 beat the Gallardo, especially from like 60-100. It was actually kind of playing with it.
I even took a stab at the Lambo. He didn't really run too hard against me, but from like 60-80 we were about dead even, he stopped after about 80 with me for some reason, maybe he felt he was embarrassed enough with loosing to the E55 that he was afraid to lose to me too (maybe he thought I was s/c'ed or something). Maybe I also caught him out of gear, I dunno.
All in all, the E55 is an amazing car.

Yup, he already bought the ECU upgrade but just hasn't had the time to send his ECU out yet. When he does, it must be ridiculous. He might do headers too, so we'll wait and see.

Evo Pullies (I see) anyone run the ASP on their own (no ECU?)
Also I have been interested in seeing if the A/F ratio is in anyway too low after just pullies...would this lean out too much or is it still "safe"

Some people run ASP pulles and they like them...Not sure about A/F rations but as I heard people at Hennesey who use ASP pullies say stock ECU would compensate for those pullies...Griifin and Rflow should tell you more about it...

I have a 6speed Gallardo and an 06E55. All i can say is that if the E55 beat a Gallardo,the lambo driver wasn't racing or he didn't know how to drive the car.
I would give the E55 the edge from a standing start.But after 3 car lengths the G will catch and never look back at the E55.

hey guys I am the owner on that e55 and i raced that lambo and i pulled away from it. they trap at around 116-117 which is around what a fast amg will trap at stock and i did have my pulleys don and also have the k&n drop on with the air mod and have 19" wheels on the car which does make the car faster on the highway as you may know. i pulled away and he let off at around 130-140
