SL 65 AMG and E63s AMG
I had my E320 up to 137mph before the limiter kicked in. I would guess it would have gotten to 145? unlimited

Wow, that's impressive for an ML320. How did it feel and what were the RPM's at that speed?

it actually felt really good and the Tach was sitting at about 4K RPM, so it wasent bad at all, it could have gone faster without the limter, this thing is geared very well

I guess illegally maxing out an SUV on a public highway must be cool, that makes you cool.

Drive safe.

The typical enthusiast, me included, doesn't care about maxing out an 8 year old SUV on public highways. It's highly illegal and dangerous. A cop would immediately throw you in jail for such an action. Don't expect everyone to applaud such behavior, especially coming from somebody your age.

I have to agree here. Almost half of all deaths between ages 15-25 are automobile accidents. I'm all for letting it loose on a track, but not on any public road... as it endangers not only you but everyone else.

I know you're young, but think about it this way... what would your mother and father think of you driving 150MPH+ in your bimmer of 120MPH+ in a ML? My guess is that they'd be scared to even think about it.

I'd be a little more comfortable if he were in the E, but in the ML doing 120 mph? From what I've read, the whole car LIFTS at high speeds. Very dangerous.
