Thanks for the replies all.

Here is where I'm at. I can't stand the 997 without the Aero package or some air dam. the OEM look is wierd to me.

So, I am thinking to get a New G500 and a 993TT OR a Used G500 and a 997C4s with Aero.

Any ideas??

I'd go used G5 and new 997. You'd lose less money that way. There's a lot of clean Gs about and it's a lot less riskier than a 993TT.

Either way you can't lose.

I can't emphasize enough how much I've enjoyed my NSX. I bought mine to be a daily driver and have put 26K miles on in 15 months including several week-long road trips.

While I wouldn't mind another 100 hp, the car is so nice I'm delighted with it anyway. Super comfortable, great ergos, Honda reliability, and even decent mileage - better than our SLK 230. By today's standards it's not a supercar, but it was world class when it was developed and that quality still shows in the driving experience.

Highest recommendation for the NSX if you're appreciative of qualities other than raw HP.

edit - I meant to also say that I'm not a trained professional race driver, I'm just an ordinary guy with a lot of years of ordinary experiences, but the NSX makes me feel like a pro. The car gives me confidence. It makes me believe I can go around that corner, that when I turn the wheel the car will follow. So far, it's not lead me astray!
