Nearly lost a rear wheel after service!
From the very next day I started hearing rumbling noises from underneath the car. I took it back to the dealer and after a long test drive the service manager agreed that something was making the noise.
They jacked my car on a hoist and after an hour still could not diagnose the fault, so I was asked to bring it back when my fuel tank is empty so that they can look inside-maybe they dropped something in when replacing the pump? Can you believe it?
Gets worse. I took my car home and the noise from underneath got worse.
I then jacked the car up myself and felt the rear wheel that was taken off for the carbon filter replacement and was able to undo all lug bolts with my finger tips! These retards nearly killed me by not tightening the bolts after dropping the hoist down. Tomorrow I am going back to the dealer and am also lodging an official complaint with Daimler Chrysler Aust.
Gets worse still: the car stinks of gas again!

Couple sessions later the drivers rear wheel just about came off the car in the middle of turn one at the small track at willow. Horrible vibration and extremely loud.
Having the wheel become lose causes the lug bores to become elongated and unsafe for use. The RENNtech monolite wheel was thrown out and I think you should check your wheel as well RAFAL. If the lug holes look ok all is fine but if you can see shavings of metal in the holes I would get a new wheel out of them.

Good luck with your claim.

Strangely enough I did give the wheel a good shake the day earlier when I thought the suspension was loose and there was no movement on the hub with all the weight of the car on it.
It looks like they did a light rattle gun with the car on the hoist and did not bother to torque wrench it on the ground after.
