stock c6Z goes 11.1@128

Also I drove in my friends '05 C6 and its NASTY fast. It has a massive s/c 408 CI and NOS. The car his is cloned after made 954 rwhp. His front tires were lifting off on the street when we drove in it. It would make this stock Z look like a slug.
He is also selling in if anyone is interested for 65K.
P.S. Check out the SLK55 section for a Kleemann S8 SLK55 vs C6 Z06. They were neck to neck.

how is it 1 dimensional?
it ran a faster time around the top gear test track than an enzo (same driver), that takes more than acceleration (btw, the enzo accelerates faster)
P.S. I'm surprised this guy's roof did not fall off when he was accelerating, as it happened on numerous occasions with other C6 Z06's (even though the roof is supposed to be fixed lol)

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
He was also, I believe, the fastest guy with a stock C5Z06.
The Z06 is a hell of a car. And Ranger manages to get the most out of it at the strip.

That probably has to be the most retarded statement of all time. Why not just buy a civic hatchback for a couple grand and spend $30,000 on motor, suspension, and whatever else because then you'll be as fast as the Z06 but $40,000 cheaper. You can say this sh*t all day long but fact is, I had one, the Z06 is an absolute monster. I smoked a Diablo when I was in FL one time. Trust me, they are very very fast and the build quality is actually, I don't care what ANYONE says, awesome! I had no squeeks, rattles, or anything, and the seats were amazingly comfortable. I made a 6 hour drive and never stopped once, not even for gas (29mpg, beat that). So, yeah, I think it's one hell of a bang for buck! It's just all in what you want...

$4k-stock civic
$15-20k-on the motor
$3k-suspension
$5k-rims,etc..
$27k-total (fast as f**k, flying low) lolz!
these cars could be in the 10's or even low 9's, but i dont think you could daily drive the car. not sure!

but that still doesnt give credibility to your retarded statement.
a car with bigger brakes/engine/wider body etc...
is lighter than the base model, where else do you see that?
the only example i can think of is gt3 but that car isnt wider, the engine isnt bigger and the brakes arent much bigger, not to mention its barely got sound insulation (i drove 1).
to supercharge a c6 and modify the suspension will cost about 12-15$, not to mention brakes (another 5-7500), wheels (at least $4500). and it will weigh even more than a stock c6, will look the same as any c6, will not have warranty, will not have the engine sitting lower and further back, etc....
you get the point, you should just admit that that statement was retarded and well pretend it never happened

The Z06 is hardly one dimensional. It is at home on a road course, drag strip or freeway. It is the best bang for the buck Supercar available today.
No question that the C6 Z06 is the best value and bang for your dollar in performance history

Hence, why my 07 BLK Z should be sitting in my garage within the next 3 months

Had a blast It was about 65 degrees out. Probably 70 on the track. My car has LG headers, tune and a halltech race filter on stock tires. 22hp more than stock(482rwhp). I had my passport timer in the car on each run so I got alot of other times as well. It was accurate within about .03 sec with the track timer. I pulled the QT times of my slips and the rest off the timer. I had to make all 3 passes within 25 minutes as I was late to the track. So no cool down in between runs and tires were all fully inflated.
........60 ft...0-60..0-100..0-120...QT......mph
Pass1 1.95...3.77...7.57....10.4....11.53...12 6.2
Pass2 1.95...3.42...7.42...10.35...11.45...126
Pass3 1.85...3.55...7.4.....10.35...11.38...12 5.3
Check out those 0-60 and 0-100 times. Loads of fun. Lovin this car.
60' does not reflect time. And if it does, its limited to these AMG cars, but not cars in general.
Bone stock, 1st and only run of the day, 5th total pass ever in the car (I don't like drag racing)
