BMW does not explain if it can do perpendicular parking does it? I'm pretty sure that the LS460 can parallel park just as well as the BMW does yet they don't show the parallel parking system but continue to bad mouth it (LS460) by using the perpendicular system...

Sure it should work just as well, but let BMW show us a video of their system in a perpendicular situation and lets match it up. And on top, Benz doesnt even have this yet so Lexus can not exactly be copying the BENZ, correct?

actually every freaking thing bmw makes is copied by jap cars.BMW had this 1 full year before lexus and Im sure it works perfect

I would like to see a 1 push of a button in the lex and have it park like that.

and 95 % of the time this feature will be used for parallel parking

From doing some reading I think the BMW will only parellel park and they started working on it in late 03
