Results from the Atlanta AMG meet?
Wasn't there going to be a big AMG dyno/track day in Atlanta this weekend?
Anyone know if there were any interesting results?

2005 E55 AMG
A couple of AMG Challenge cars were brought in from the recent Homestead, FL event - a CLS63 and an E63 and both participated in the group dyno and drag day events.
The CLS had more mileage than the E, so it was expected to post better numbers. However, the results were much closer than anticipated.
CLS63 - Dynorun.002 Max Power= 426.74 Max Torque = 385.63
E63 - Dynorun.004 Max Power= 424.68 Max Torque = 378.04
What was impressive was the very smooth power curve that kept climbing to 7K rpm. I don't yet have a scan of the pulls, otherwise I'd post them. We're distributing the dyno files to the participants and I'm sure they'll be up shortly.
By comparison, results from my stock post-flash '05 E55:
Dynorun.003 Max Power= 435.18 Max Torque = 495.04
I don't know the best times on each car at the strip since I had to get back to Atlanta early, but I did see the CLS63 run a 12.60 @ 111+ on PS2's. Schiznick or Chappy probably have updated info and can chime in.
