You're right. It doesn't leave much room for long trips. But I guess it depends on how often and where you want to drive it. I am still under 10k miles in my 05 E, and I took delivery in August of 2004. Less than 360 miles/mo for me.

No kidding - oops!

My mistake - 60,000 miles allowed on the lease. Car now has 10,000.

What's the EXACT term of the lease... monthly payment/lease term (months), how many months left, residual at end of lease term and etc... The more informationn you expose the faster your car will be picked up by someone. Good luck!

yes, it is transferable. 300.00 fee which I will pay. You will need to pay for shipping though.

Having had several leases ranging from a Dodge Viper to an E55. I can tell you that the "post" lease inspections. Are not much more than a visual inspection. Body Damage, poor paint work, tire tread, x/s wear and tear.. These cars are nothing more than metal to leasing companies...They literally take these cars to auction, a few days after you turn them in. Unless its something obvious like a NOS bottle in your trunk. They could care less... But you of course EAT whatever you paid for the upgrade...

Now, the WILL hit you if the original wheels are MIA... Which is why I asked

I have heard of people getting billed for somehtng like this, as long as 1 year AFTER the lease turn-in is complete... Says right in the contract. Customer WILL be charges if the vehicle is returned with non-OEM equiptment. It even specifies wheels, exhaust. things like that.... But your right, most of the time these cars go to auctions.. And, the leasing company washes their hands of them.

With all due respect, I don't believe those numbers. Something up with that dyno.

Dragon:

I'm pretty sure that's at the flywheel. NO WAY is that RWHP!

+1- it seems that others have already responded- with DT loss you have a 655 hp E55.
