Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser

I finally got around to installing the carbon fiber rear diffuser on wifey's '06 Alabaster White E55. The quality was better than I expected based on some of the earlier posts on this forum and it fits perfectly. I purchased it from EuoRev for $290---well worth the price.

I had removed the cheap plastic piece last summer and felt like there was something missing. The all white back end looked too much like a normal E class.

When I get a chance I will post some pics.

Hi Victor. How are you and your family? I am also contemplating the front lip but as I said this is my wife's car. She thinks I went off the deep end over cars a long time ago. If I could convince her that the addition of the front lip will increase gas mileage, make the car safer or increase the longevity of the flux capacitor, she might go for it.

Do a search for B870 for these guys. That's the last place I would buy anything for my car.

I'm not the only one to have problems with these guys. Glad it worked out for you, but I think you're all taking a chance if you deal with them. I actually started the process of small claims against them, then finally got the bounced check cashed. I just wrote off the time wasted and the bounced check charges.

Hey guys just a heads up. I was at the shop the day JD was getting his diffuser installed. I would NOT order one of these and have it shipped. The guy at the shop gave jd his pick between two different diffusors. One was perfect the other had drip marks in the resin and numerous scratches. Im sure they give the good ones to the customers who show up in person and ship out the rejects to unsuspecting internet customers.

I took the stock plastic piece off in several/many pieces last summer. It is held on with double sided tape and that is what I used to attach the carbon fiber piece.

Mine was shipped out and I probably got lucky since I had neither scratches or drip marks.

Yeah, Im sure its hit and miss. I guess if you order online explain to them that if its not perfect your sending it back. It will be in their best interest to send you a good one..
