I love it when I see nice mobiles in a parking pen, "under sanitary sewer lines".
On one of our projects, the caulking failed and ,..... "you guessed it". We retrofitted one garage after 3 Bentley owners saw condensation on the exposed lines. Theres nothing better than a private pen in suburbia.
