I know I've asked before, but what helmet?
Hi all, i need to buy a helmet for the track event this weekend. What were the final 2 models everyone likes and are there any particular vendors? I need to order it tonight to get it in time.

simpson bandit. check it out i used to love the way that thing looked. i had one painted all crazy with a skull face and flames all over when i used to ride harleys. but just plain black looks evil like darth vader.

Alright, I like it. I also like the Raider. I'm going to look around for a local vendor tomorrow for either Simpson or Arai. If I can't find it, then I'll pay the overnight fee.

SMGC32 got a new light weight 800 buck brain bucket. I compared it to my bell and... its just a TAD lighter and 500 bucks more expensive. If you just are looking for a weekend use brain protection system a Bell M3 does the trick just fine.
