Horney?????????????
I HATE my f'ing horn! I'm serious! when someone cuts me off, I'm embarrassed to use it ! the dealer says it's operating as designed both hight and low notes) but it sounds like a freaking 1982 Yugo to me!
Have any of you installed aftermarket horns on your car? any input?
Thanks!

I think that I've used my horn twice in all the time that I've had the car. Never much thought about the sound -- it seems ok to me.
If you are going to change the horn out, my favorite horn was on a car that Paulie Walnuts (from the Sopranos) had on his Cadillac a few seasons ago. Whenever he honked, the horn would play the theme from the Godfather. You could probably find something like that, but even more tasteful, online somewhere.

For those of you not familiar with Griot's Garage you need to go to their web site and get a catalog of some of the finest car care products anywhere. They have a set of German Hella Horns that are 118dB. I have not used them but anything they sell is top quality. Go to www.griotsgarage.com Then go to accessories then exterior and they will appear. $69.95
