'11/E63-Former car: '05 RT4 E55, Sprintbooster, Phenolic Spacers, RT IC /Secondary HE & BMC Filters
e55 member poll
for those w/ K1/K2, or RENN-1/Renn-3 (+ headers), how many of you are running the stock 18's and oem wheels. if not, what wheel/tread combo do you have? also, those w/ stage 1 + headers, how many did ic upgrade? thanks everyone.

as mentioned elswhere, 19" toyo t1r's.

in my experience, a good set of headers/exhaust will help keep operating temps down. i had the oem i/c pump fail (as has most) but since adding my full exhaust i haven't had an issue with temps or s/c shutdown. that doesn't mean i'm not thinking about an i/c upgrade though.

I run both 18s and 20s. The 20s seemed so slow that I thought the pump failed again.

i have 20s with toyo tr1 but when i goto the track i will switch to 18s and bfgs. i also have the IC upgrade.

'06 E55, '05 SLK55, a few others
K-1 with stock 18's and 275's for now. I'm looking at a CCW that may force me into 19's for the width I want.
