yea good match up but the sl guy must of been sleeping or forgot to press peddle down all the way?? 12.4 is not realistic. unless maybe they were in Utah!!!

I hate to say it but I was rocked by a c6 z06 today and we ran 3 times. froma roll he would pull fast and just keep going and from a dig i held him off until 80-100 (dont recall) then he just passed on by. We stopped to talk and he said he had a tune and a K&N in take. His car made 480whp on the same dyno I made 550whp. What is thw weight on the z06? That car was fast!!

I know I know, those are 07 number but who cares, you get the point.
BiTurboAMG you put down 550 at the wheel and he put down 480?
550/4564= .1205 HP/lbs
480/3132= .1532 HP/lbs
Simply said, the SL is one fat *** *****.
But like newton22 said, can the Z06 message your back?

I'm a speed freak too and once a month for 2 hours on the bike feeds that hunger really well. my need for speed is fulfilled nicely after a nice ride.

Have you done the requisite upgrades? As I recall, a mere ECM reprogram will net HUGE gains in your car, no? Gadzooks, I can't stand the thought that a Z06 will take down the almighty SL65! That leaves us mortals with nothing to aspire to... Like hearing that Jessica Alba has taken a permanent vow of celibacy. Are you saying that even with a few Renntech type mods, the 'Vette is still going to win? Ooof.

I'd love to, in fact, I'm calling out ANYONE who wants to take on a bike. I'll ride up to 1 hour out of OC to meet. Bring your best camera.

I'd say I've pushed my bike to its fullest MAYBE three times. It gets really scarey. I have done 2.8s from 0-60. When I ride with my 600/750 buddies they can't even come close to me. I'd love to, in fact, I'm calling out ANYONE who wants to take on a bike. I'll ride up to 1 hour out of OC to meet. Bring your best camera.

anyways, i'll take my bike over a car in the canyons any day of the week. waaaay more fun!

yeah i put down like 550-555 bone stock. he said his car was like 440 stock then he added the tune and intake and made 480. he is adding some headers and then going to the dyno again. we will meet there and see what it can do. i dont need my back worked on i need my ego worked on. I just love going fast and to some degree dont care what i am in as long as it is fast.
