First Performance Mod for E63
Welcome to the board and congratulations on this awsome ride !!!!! Very nice color...
First performance mod: remove the charcoal filters
Price: free
Gains: 20 whp
The feeling you get after gaining 20 FREE whp ---> Priceless![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Here are pictures and instructions:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c219/188081-charcoal-filter-removal-instructions-pix.html
I would wait at least a couple of months before taking the filters off so that you can get a feel for the car when it is stock. Also, this will allow you to feel a difference when you finally do remove the charcoal filters.

Welcome to the board!
You can try the filter removal - but for me at least, there was no immediate HP gain. Perhaps it takes the ECU a while to 'learn', but I posted my before and after dyno results here:

Anyway, welcome! Always good to see another 63!

Congrats on the ride!
As for starter mods,
Like previous mentioned, remove your charcoal filters NOW! then get your side markers color match painted, and lower the car.
