There are a lot of e55's who just upgraded their stock times as they got faster with mods instead of posting a new time.
For example my stock 12.33 on 20's is no longer there.

What would you say your average run stock was? I know its hot as hell in Florida but what was a typical ET and trap for your car stock and how did it compare to what stock 55's were running North of you in cooler temps?

Did you erase your 12.33 or simple change it as you ran faster?

I think the cooler temps will allow some low 12 second passes. Bottom line is you need to participate to prove it and simply referring to dragtimes is not enough to prove or disprove anything.

FastE55 needs to come out and run the Renntech CLS ...

Running in cooler temps has a 'CATCH22'.....TRACK PREP IS CRUCIAL. If not prepared you might experience higher traps but the E/T will not improve much.
Drop psi, heat tires up significantly otherwise you will be disappointed.

I only ran the car stock two to three different times with 12.30's and low 12.40's being the result. I never got a chance to run with the stock wheels and simply just changed my drag-times entry as I got faster. I currently only have two entries with nos and without and agree you need to come out and actually run your car. I also think cooler weather is more beneficial to 55's than 63's.

No way would I dispute what you and mr. FLOW say!!!

I am definately seeing 55 dominance in regards to "cool" air.. Jeez, that car is so much faster its almost like natural sneaky peete, LOL.

Hopefully on 11/30 it will not be "too cold" .

Venom sorry bout the "crappy track" and I am fully aware it takes many many things to line up to run low 12 seconds..

I was there Fri night too. I came a bit late. I spotted a white E class AMG leaving as I pulled into the lane. I guess that was you.

Lots of people were complaining about crap times.

I actually got a personal best of 13.86@100mph

Probably because it was my 2nd time ever running the car in dyno mode. With better conditions I'm sure I'd do better.

It was a good thing you left because a civic hatchback spilled junk all over the track and they had to clean it off, wasted a good 45 mins.

Glad I did leave then, I was stuck one car behind the staging lanes for 30 minutes as they cleaned up a Mustangs crap all over the track. My last runs of the year will be at Atco on 12/5.

Oldgixxer runs 12.34@113.70 #1 quickest ET in a stock 63 11/02/2007 Island Dragway NJ.. DA was slightly negative and the run was at 7:08 PM. This is the fastest time to date in a 63. Great run and the bar has been raised .

Amirs run on 9/21 12.593@111.43 corrects to a nationwide quickest time

12.173@115.35 Da was 2800 feet at 3pm on 9/21

Ricks Run on 10/26 12.65@113.44
12.20@117.67 highest corrected trap ever in a 63( this car is modded with Renntech headers and ECU had C21 HRE and Nitto drags.

Da was 3k on 10/26 @4:15 pm

My 12.65@112.35 on 9/21
12.252@116.08
run was at 4:20 pm on Sept 21st 2007 car had 11500 miles, weight reduction and drag radials(Nitto 555R)

Greg I think your recent trap is the highest corrected stock let me check

Is it really fair to include the C63 time from a magazine?The car isn't even available to the public yet.Like you said,alot of those times are done with that G-Force monitor or whatever in vehicle doo-hickey they use vs. actual running down a dragstrip.

It's your list&you can do what you like with it,just my opinion thats all

does anyone have proof that the C63 actually ran this on an NHRA approved strip? Where was it and when?

Time is on Drag times ,

YOUR STILL #1 as far as ACTUAL proven runs in a stock 63.

Hope you can take out the 12.3 range .. I may do it 12/8

Car has 12500 miles, lightweight wheels and battery and evotech ecu.
Ran on Pilot sport cups. I ran 2x 8.22 and an 8.18, still could do much better on the short times as the car seems to like the back half of the track. I am working on the 1/8th cause seems the 63 likes to slack a bit in the first 330 ft...Car feels really fast right now, cannot wait for SAT..



My previous best at Irwindale was an 8.307@87.05, now 8.18 @88.88

Theeses are exciting times, impact wrench and tires in trunk, bringing the Nittos as well. Anyone have access to a weather station? That would be swell.

I put a 305/30/19 back there

If I cant do 1.8X i will just run the 285/30/18 dr's the extra 13 lbs likely wont kill me..

also that 88.88 was on 91 no mix, hopefully I crack 90 mph tomorrow !!
