E63 030 Package
I'm waiting on mine, maybe mid July, maybe end of July?
I test drove both cars, the E63 and the E63 030, and in my opinion, there was considerable difference in handling between the two. Not so much in a straight line, but definately when taking sharp curves (fast), the 030 seemed to hug the road a lot better. Just felt more sticky than a regular E63. By the way, I test drove both cars back to back, taking the same route and same curves.

I drove both at the AMG Challenge in Fontana. I am not a fan of 19 inch rims, although they look good. The brakes definitely felt better on the 030. The turn in was not as good (agility), but once the car was set in the turn, the 030 did seem more stable. Overall, on tighter curves, I prefer the 18" rims. On the more open turns, the 030 was nice.
We also had a discussion about the conditions. Fontana is a pretty steep slope and there was some talk that the LSD was actually to blame for some of my issues. I dunno. That seems odd to me and I expected to be able to put power down sooner with the 030, but that was definitely not the case.
Go figure?

Also, the brakes on 030 are same brakes that are on E63.... the 030 package does not include any brake upgrades.

I'll post pics later. The rims looked similar to the current E63 ones, but were 2 piece and 19". Also, the brake calipers were almost like a block. Complete different look than the E63.
If no new wheels and brakes, then what do you think comes on an 030?

i myself want to know more on the 030 wheels, i see only 2 photos on the AMG site of these 2 piece rims but my dealer has no info to get me a set, i like them and want a set, if they are 19 it would be even cooler, i would never jumpo to 20" for looks, i want the performance, 18's are still the ideal size for tire selection and handling but of course everything looks better with bigger rims. Im not crzy about the E63 rims, they look kinda cheezy to me, a 2 piece wheel will dress the car up nicely

MBUSA.com states that the wheels are 18" NOT 19" and doesn't mention anything about brakes. Here is what MBUSA.com says included in the package:

Hmmmm, that changes things a bit. Was the package $10K? Seems a bit steep for what little they offer? I expected it to be identical to the CLS package.
Those are definitely the rims I saw and they do look good. Do you know the weight and width on them?
The brakes on the car I saw were different. They were like a rectangle. Very odd.

Ok, I see what happened, I think you were talking about the CLS 030 package. I just checked out the specs on the CLS 030 package, and found out that it does come with 19" wheels and upgraded brakes.
The E63 030 package is 8.5k and CLS63 030 is 9.5k.
Here are the specs of the wheels...

CLS folks pay a grand more, but they get BIGGER wheels and BETTER brakes than a regular CLS63. But with the E-Class, we're practically paying 8.5k for LSD and different looking wheels.
