Not sure.... I'm not that familiar w/ FICO auto and Fair Isaac is very secretive w/ their model.... they don't even allow the credit bureaus to give FICO if we request raw credit data... they're afraid we could re-engineer their models.

I was also quoted as having a credit score of 863. There must be some different algorithms used by whatever service calculates the score.

Which score? Keep in mind, there are tons of scores out there.... don't think there is only FICO 
Each credit bureau also has its own proprietary score that competes w/ FICO. And since the pricing is better than FICO, chances are the lenders (especially the small ones) use it instead of FICO.
Rule of thumb: Range is between 350 and 900 (some 850, some 900 and some 950).
