Am I off base but if I was a betting man I would not bet large sums of $ (or any for that matter) of this car winning, placing, or showing (HEAT SOAK).

Thoughts?

I agree. I don't think it'll be successful on the track. I can just imagine Gordon Murray somewhere in England laughing at this.

Nah, it's all over. The last that was heard about it was when Gordon Murray discussed it in a Car & Driver issue about 18 months ago.

IMO CLK GTR > SLR GTR
