Probably just surface rust that you can remove easily with some simple green and elbow grease.

By the way anyone know how to get the "tire pressure reactivate" warning to stop coming up? I filled the tires up but it keeps poppin up

Star Diagnostics reset is needed, I think. Slip in to the stealer we all love.

36K w/ NAV & lighting options. I think it needs a new IC pump and it's got that 1st to 2nd chirp. Thank god for warranties

Nice car
For the tire monitor, u just go to the comp window where it shows your tire pressure then hit the reset button and follow the prompts for reset. (the reset button is the little black button on the left by the gauges). I hope that works for you. I had rusty lugs when i bought my 03 and just had the dealership replace them.
