I need help on finding out the history of this car. I have the VIN number in hand and in a process of buying this car. I need this find out about the car history ASAP!!! Please help!!

someone told me that they can run it by the dealer and get detailed info on the car. I really dont trust carfax because they only report major accidents. does anyone work for MB??? who can pull up all service history??

Call the MB dealer that you will be using after the purchase. Tell them you are about to pull the trigger. They can do it if they want to. Nothing stopping them from pulling up the service history on that vehicle.

I'll save u some time... It wont happen.. Unless you know someone on the "inside" willingto do this.. Dealers will not give out this info. any more, due to privacy reg's.. I tried to get this for my 2005 I just bought, with no luck.. sorry..
Luckily, my car had 3200 miles on it. So there wasnt much history there. the previous owner of my car was very meticulous about keeping the service records though... Most people who own these cars will have kept the records..

Google the VIN....
I was looking into a E36 M3 a few months ago(http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1...02135/m3.1.jpg)

So I test drove it, and wanted to leave a deposit, but he didn't accept it (he wanted me to give him the check in full, he said he'd hold the car for me)
So at home, I look at the description again, and Googled the VIN to see if it was for sale at any other dealers recently and for how much.

Car was T-Boned in 2002 and had $12k in repairs done, and the car still wasn't right.

If you still can't get the history, then please PM me the VIN number and I'll take care of it.....
