Say Hello to my little friend...Heat Exchanger
Since everyone is bringing out their version of their own Heat exchanger i'd thought I'd show how I keep my temps down....Man this thing is lovely...Temps remain at 90 degrees at wide open throtle it shoots up and drops right back up within less than 5 seconds back to 90 degrees or less. Wohooo!!!, lol!!
Yeah I know looks like a ricer but when you need to cool down....you need to cool down no matter what!, lol!!

If I recall In a 90 degree night at 100% throtle it jumped to 170 degrees at 130MPH after maybe 4 or 5 hard pulls, it only took less than 40 secs for it to be back at 105 degrees. Adam was next to me with his laptop doing the recording. This is in a Hot humid night, If I do this right now forget about it, I don't think I would see anything above 130 140 at 100 percent load.

i use scangauge and have it mounted in my ash tray it looks stock and reads the stuff i care/understand about. autoenginuty is probably a better set up but will you need all the info it gives and do you wanna roll around with your lap top? not me.

If i paint it black wont that be bad, It will not disipate heat....I will post up some better pics soon. I have had this for 3 months now, car does not heat soak....well maybe after 10 hard pulls. lol!!

im gettin my circuits separated along with vics cams sometime in the next week or 2 hopefully i wont see the 160s any more.
my car seems to run around 90 at all times. but jumps up quick and drops just as quick. i want a more steady temp.

Heat dissipation will not be affected much by the colour - note water radiators are black. Just paint the top and bottom tanks, not the exchanger core.
