Kudos to James at Creative Autoworks
I had ordered a set of custom DPE wheels for my E55. I decided on flat black with a gloss black lip. I will post pics soon, they look INCEDIBLE!!!! Anyway, James promised me that he would have them to me before the X-MAS holiday. Unfortunatly, Friday at 3pm the wheels are not in San Diego. James went to LA voluntarily to get my wheels. This is a CRAZY challange on James' end due to the traffic on Friday during a holiday weekend. At 830PM he called me to say the wheels are in San Diego and he re-opened his shop to install them for me. I pat James on the back for his beyond the call of duty CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Wow... that was a big big big customer service step.
SD to LA, and back to SD on a FRIDAY, but of all things a FRIDAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY.
Ouch... I can't say even I would do that for one of my customers, not unless the profit was nice and big.

Real funny. Too bad you didn't even get it, but you do bring up a good point. No, I do not forget how people treat me, good or bad. I wish that my case was the anomoly and that yours was the routine, but it just isn't. Little tokens here and there just won't undo all the damages that were done.

You getting them painted or coated? My powdercoated ones are already starting to chip after about 1000 miles on em. Now trhat I know what color I want, I was thinking of getting them painted and clear coated.

You can attack me legally and you can attack me physically, but either way you will lose. My car is more than just a $100K toy and if you think I won't put in what it takes to make things right, then you need to wake up.
I would suggest you speak with James before you post again, since you are doing him no favors by pumping this thread. I've been here waaaaayyy too long for EVERYONE not to know exactly what happenned and where I stand.
