Matte Black grill
Wsup guys, been searching for a matte black wheel...
dont know where to get them, or whitch to get...
theres a few on ebay, but i dont know if i can trust the fit...has anybody purchased a matte black grill form ebay recentley and been satisfied?

The dealer does not sell flat black or even shiny black grills.
I got one through Stealthauto (forum sponsor), but it warped after about 6 months. It would have been cool, except they act all shocked and say this is an anomoly. My car must be a true beast.
I say give Ebay a shot and let me know, cause I need a new one too.

i asked this question a while back and one of the guys on here suggested getting the stock grill painted. that way you know the fit/finish will work.

No the dealers don't sell painted front grills, but like jangy mentioned a couple of sponsors here do

wow looks like it has a GREAT FIT...
alot of people that have painted an OEM Chrome grill black say it chips after awhile unless you sand down the chrome and all that stuff, then paint it...
Matte black looks cool, and later on you can get it painted for that glossy black finish...
are any of the ones i Posted any good, Im thinking all those grills come form the same manufacture just being sold by diffrent people....

When I bought mine, it was the only one available in matte black for the W211 at the time. Looks like there are other choices now, but I don't know if the others are of the same fit and quality.

We had the black grills available for many months but production ceased about 6-months ago. We're hoping to have a few hundred W211 matte black grills arriving in the near future.
