DoctorMax is now "pitabr" - scammer
This is the guy that ripped me off for $1400 for a set of E63 wheels & claimed the Warehouse fire with the set of E63 wheels in it on the 25th and where we googled the event and we could not find one news event of a 100,000 sq foot warehouse burning down on x-mas day. I am sure I'm not the only one that has been "burned" by this Ar$hole. So The Wheels of justice will grind slowly on this one but justice will prevail, I guarantee it! This Ar$shole has no idea what he has started here. Again, watch for the new posts of "pitabr" who now has claimed he will spend a 100 times what he owes me on this for lawyers to get out of this! Hey pitabr, expect a knock late at night form the Irvine Police & the OC Sheriff! Fock You, Do you still want to play golf when you come out to the Palm Springs area in Ferbuary?

Remember that deaguero mentioned that DoctorMax/Pitabr cashed his check. Therefore there should be a lot of personal information already. I would think that there may be a chance to cancel the check, depending on length of time, for a small fee.

jesus christ wtf is wrong with people... is it too harsh to say that scammers should be executed??? and deguero, when you get your check back cant you use the info on the back of the check to find out where it was cashed and his signature?

Yeah, this guy completely lied every step of the way and now is claiming it's a "Civil" matter. He also says he will spend 100 times the amount of the transaction to defend himself in a civil matter. Sorry Mr DocMax/Ar$hole this is not a civil matter. and if you would spend 100 times the transaction why can't you just refund the money to me. Deaguero, if you transacted by cheque and I hope you used the US Post.... The asshat commited mail fraud. You don't need to do this alone and this is not a civil matter, I would contact the US Postal Inspection Service.....
They are super aggressive on all the "Nigerian" cheque scams....but I am sure they can help on a good old fashion case of fraud like your case. The good news with fraud is that he cannot hide behind a corporation.
You can be thankful, he was dumb enough to cash in your cheque.
