Just got home from CO, Though I would share some pics

My girlfriend and I drove the E55 from minnesota to about 3 and a half hours south of denver to spend some time at the family property... The drive was long, but I have to say the benz was the most comfurtable and fun car I have ever "Road tripped" in.

The last 60 miles of the drive there was filled with all kinds of turns, LONG straights, great pavement, and best of all we only passed 1 car every 15 miles
what a blast.
here are some photos for you guys. sorry if you think there is too many... we took tons. my only regret is that I did not take more time with the pics, we were trying to beat a snow storm, and that the car was FILTHY.

We were actually close to westcliff... 9k feet above sea level I think. YES!! The power hurts. I would think that altitude could turn my low 12 sec car into a low 13 sec one

My favorite area of the state, sand dunes, we used to go to a place called the valley veiw hot springs, and the town of westcliff is incredible. when I was about 12 coming from Denver I went to a Movie in Westcliff and thought I was in Mayberry, the soda was in bottles, it was a real amazing place. The valley there is likely the most beuatiful in the USA 14k peaks , Sangre De Cristo's are spectacular, Spanish peaks!!!! WOW..cool man

I have to agree. I have never been anywhere so peaceful and breathe taking. I could just stay out there for weeks and not have a care in the world. It cool to know that someone else here has been. words and pics do not do it justice. how long has it been since you have driven through?

when I drive to Denver I go through that area especially in the winter as getting overthe divide can be very dangerous. I drive LA to Denver 2-3x year. Next time you go back make sure you get to the hot springs with your girl, nothing better than that, oh yeah spend a day at the Great Sand Dunes, wow

So eveyone here made nice comments about the scenery and the ranch.

Admittedly nice.

But lets keep our priorities straight.

The gun toten lady is a babe.

But you can tell she's a great person because she is toten guns and thinks the picture is funny as hell.

Tommy25000, glad to see you had a good time.

It is beautiful when the aspens go off.

WOW Tommy, that was a quick turn I thought you would spend
more time, Colorado is having some of the best snow in years.
Anyway glad you had no problems, and great pics
