Right now my concentration is on getting Havoc's car running and seeing what kind of power we can get out of it. Once that is done, I'll figure out the numbers.

Vadim was manually turning the engine over and there was binding.. he pulled the sparkplugs and found that the sparkplug hit the valve.. (@!*&#(!*@&#(*&!@#(*&!@(*&#(!*@&#(*!@&#(*!&@ (excuse my loud cursing).
After he fired the car, we discovered that it bent the valve.. NO DAMAGE (THANK YOU GOD ALMIGHTY) anywhere on the head except the valve.. I rushed out a replacement for it, and now the valve is being swapped out.
What we discovered is that MB has 2 different Part #s for the sparkplugs. 1 is shorter than the other.. We took the plugs out of his stock heads and transferred them over (too long). That's what caused the problem.
Sometimes you learn things the hard way.. Like I say, we will always share our experiences with the community and we learn from our mistakes.
CLOSE CALL!! But it set us back a bit.. The engine should be back together tomorrow and hopefully break-in happens...
Wish us luck... I worked my way through 1 bottle of hard liquor already.
I'll never take my car to another MB Stealership for that reason alone...not to mention you guys built this motor and I'll never let anyone else touch it.
I can see it now, the Service Manager at MB telling me.."your car was running very lumpy so we changed the sparkplugs and Kaboom!"

Although I want Havoc's car to tested and successful since I am in line for the next major upgrade.
We are going to get a baseline dyno with the heads, cams, 5.7L bottom end and stock pulley and exhuast to see where we are at.. then the big pulley goes on and we start tuning for the big numbers.
Next week we'll have the baseline numbers.

Blue run is stock E55, Red - Havoc.
TQ limiting cuts in and dumps fuel and pulls timing, so both cars make the same HP, but 5.7L has 40 ft.lbs. more TQ from extra displacement and better flowing heads.
Long tube headers, X-pipe, opened up exhaust, more boost, 80 mm TB and tuning are next.
I wanna see some big dyno #'s
